Calliope	Created On: 06/26/2008 06:43:53 I'm convinced we all have faith stories. Plural. I've been in love with Jesus since before I can remember. I don't remember a "saving moment", but I have had many, many experiences which have strengthened my faith, caused me to grow -exponentially!!, caused me to question, and many which have reaffirmed my faith. You might consider writing a collection of stories. I used to write strictly Christian stuff. Worked in Christian ministry and drama. Now, my writing is really honest, and maybe even a little callous and bitter. My readers, though, have seemed to be people outside of the church. And I realized my life isn't just lived in the church. Write about universal truths as well as Universal Truth. Let people see a real, honest, flawed character. Thank you for asking. I had to stop and consider my own reasons for writing lately. Eve

Write what God lays on your heart to write. After all, it is God who gives us the talent to write, and if he has given you the talent, He probably intends to be able to give you a few hints about content. You might take a look at my page and see what I have been writing about. My readers seem to be getting something from my blogs, judging from the comments. Most of my posts are excerpts from a couple of my books. Go to "My Bookstore" and click on "Buy" and look at the book "Cornbread Christianity" This is my style, but may not be yours.
