  Melvia F. Miller has become fondly known as 
"The Soulful Dr.Seuss" because of her  ability to write stories in rhyme.   She is the author of several books and manuals,  all based upon her concepts of "Edutainment."     


This author has created a variety of books, workbooks, and DVDs.

The author is a graduate of Ball State University and the University of Michigan.  She holds several advanced college degrees and numerous scholarships, awards, and honors.  She has worked as a manager for major corporations, such as Chrysler and AT& T.  --- and as an instructor at several colleges and universities. 
Mother of 2 sons (Malik and Mikal), Melvia has been writing poetry, newspaper articles, and other works since she was very young. She was a prolific writer for the Ball State Univ. campus newspaper, having published a weekly column that kept the campus excited.
