About Me:

We all have a story to tell and writing has alway been a passion of mine since childhood. Writing is therapy and healing. I hope this book inspire those who thought they were alone in their life experiences to step into another person's experience with empathy while not being afraid of the conscious recollection of their own feelings.

I'm a native of Atlanta, Georgia and my hobbies include reading, writing, dancing, and cooking. I am a beautiful, crazy and funny person. I like to be surrounded by beautiful people (I don't mean in how you look, but how you are on the inside) and beautiful things. I am married to my wonderful and supportive husband, Henry Wise, and have two beautiful children, Allen-Michael and Brianna, and we reside in Georgia.

"It Is What It Is"

There will be a lot of unnessary pop-ups in our lives, some we can change and some will be completely out of our control. Take the blinders off and face your denials. Your life is your life and you are the only one that can make you happy. It can't be found in material things or should be expected out of our love ones to fill that emptiness. Life Is What It Is and What You Make It. Just one negative thought can dictate how our lives can be today. Tommorrow is yet promised, and yesterday will never come again. So all you can do is live for today.

I will live until my last breath, having fun, loving, and enjoying the gift of life. This is my life and I will be the one to dictate it and not the people around me. We all need to just relax and not let the daily unexpectedness of whatever stress us out. Which only leads to more problems. Deeply inhale and exhale and just go with the flow. Laugh consistently, and tell people what is really on your mind. Stop worrying whether or not they will be offended. Learn to say NO and mean it. And tell everyone around that is really getting under your skin to "Kiss your Ass". So be it. I'm out. Peace
